Patented Lift. 1000+ Recipes.
Smart Auto-Lift Noodle Cooker
A commercial noodle cooker built around a patented dual-rod magnetic lift: baskets rise automatically when the timer ends, and segmented temperature control keeps every portion consistent. Available as a 6-head unit (650 x 800 x 800 mm, 380V / 2.5KW x 6) or 3-head unit (350 x 800 x 800 mm, 380V / 2.5KW x 3), with electric, induction or gas heating, 1000+ built-in recipes, OTA remote upgrades, water-level monitoring and anti-dry-burn protection.

FAQ
What configurations are available?
Two configurations: the 6-head unit measures 650 x 800 x 800 mm at 380V / 2.5KW x 6, and the 3-head unit measures 350 x 800 x 800 mm at 380V / 2.5KW x 3. Structure and functions are identical — choose by throughput and available counter width.
How does the automatic lift work?
A patented dual-rod magnetic lift guides each basket on two rods and raises it automatically when the timer ends, so noodles are never overcooked. The twin-rod layout spreads the load more evenly than a single rod and keeps basket travel stable.
Which heating methods are supported?
Electric, induction and gas heating are all available, with a 380V supply. Choose gas if the kitchen already has a gas line; induction is the pick when heat-up speed and temperature precision matter most.
How is portion-to-portion consistency achieved?
Segmented temperature control adjusts the temperature at each cooking stage, and the 1000+ built-in recipes hold the time and temperature parameters per dish. One button runs the whole cycle, so results do not depend on the cook.
What safety protections are included?
Water-level monitoring and anti-dry-burn protection stop heating when the water level is too low, preventing damage to the heating element and the risks that come with dry firing.
Can recipes be updated remotely?
Yes — OTA remote upgrades push recipe and firmware updates over the air, so a chain can standardize parameters across locations instead of adjusting each machine on site.
