FAQ

How fast is recognition, and does it need an operator?

AI visual recognition identifies dishes in milliseconds and pricing plus checkout follow automatically. The whole flow runs without operator intervention, so no one has to staff the till.

What can it recognize?

Dishes, tableware, drinks, fruit, bread and breakfast items. Placing the tray on the recognition area is enough to identify and price the order.

Which payment methods are supported?

Face recognition, card payment, mini-program QR codes, WeChat Pay and Alipay. The cabinet dual-channel model adds QR scanning and NFC modules, while the desktop model has a built-in QR scanner and IC card reader.

How do I choose between the desktop, single-channel and dual-channel models?

The desktop single-channel unit sits on an existing counter and takes the least space. The cabinet single-channel version brings its own castored cabinet so it can be repositioned. The cabinet dual-channel model checks out from both sides, which suits canteens with heavy peak-hour flow. All three share the same recognition and settlement logic.

What hardware does the desktop model include?

An AI recognition camera with fill light, an Alipay face-scan camera, a 10.1-inch capacitive touch screen with 10-point touch, a QR scanner, an IC card reader and the checkout area. The slim body uses an aluminium frame with ultra-white tempered glass, and a second 10.1-inch customer-facing screen can be added.

How much labour does it save?

It replaces manual cashiering: recognition and settlement are fully automatic and the station needs no attendant, so front-of-house cashier staffing drops sharply and manual pricing or change-giving errors disappear.
