How fast is a JETWASH-E5 cycle and how much does it wash at once?
A cycle can be as short as one minute and cleans 100 or more items, holding up to 5 baskets of bowls across a maximum of 7 layers with a load of up to 100 kg. During peak service the short program keeps clean tableware coming without a queue.
How much water does each cycle use?
Each cycle uses 15 litres. Combined with 100+ items per cycle, water and energy use per item stay low — the design is optimized for the running cost of high-volume commercial kitchens.
What temperature does it reach, and does it meet sanitizing requirements?
A 90°C high-temperature rinse sterilizes tableware in line with international food safety and hygiene standards. The machine is also designed to minimize detergent and anionic residue, and the 360° rotary jet system eliminates blind spots and stubborn soil.
How do I choose between the E2, E5 and E5 Pro?
All three share the same 1050 x 800 x 1930 mm cabinet, 120 kg net weight, 15 L per cycle, 100+ items per cycle, up to 7 layers and a 100 kg load limit. They differ in power and drying: the E2 runs on AC 220V/8KW, the E5 on AC 380V/15KW and the E5 Pro on AC 380V/20KW, while drying is optional on the E2 and E5 and standard on the E5 Pro.
What power supply and footprint does installation need?
Depending on the model the supply is AC 220V/50Hz (E2, 8KW) or AC 380V/50Hz (15KW on the E5, 20KW on the E5 Pro). The cabinet occupies 1050 mm x 800 mm and stands 1930 mm high at 120 kg net. Because washing, sanitizing, drying and storage are integrated in one unit, no separate sanitizing or tableware storage cabinet is needed.
How many staff are needed and how long is training?
One-touch operation means a new operator can be trained in under a minute, and one operator can run up to five machines at the same time — so the labour tied up in dishwashing drops sharply.
Which tableware suits the JETWASH-E5, and what is not recommended?
It suits round plates and stainless steel plates from 13 to 30 cm, bowls in ceramic, melamine, stainless steel or bone porcelain, rice-cooker inner pots, stew pots, tea cups and glasses, kindergarten trays of various shapes, and cafeteria trays up to 37 cm long and 27 cm wide. Steamed-fish platters or dishes over 40 cm across, pots and pans, and the large trays used in school canteens are not recommended.
Can programs be customized, and does it support remote upgrades?
Over 100 customizable wash programs can be tuned for different tableware types and soil levels. The machine supports OTA remote firmware upgrades and can connect to a cloud platform for operational monitoring; OTA is optional on the E2 and standard on the E5 and E5 Pro.
